Sara AlRumayan has over a decade of experience in human resources, specializing in total rewards, workforce planning, and performance management. Currently serving as the Total Rewards Section Head at Saudi Railway Company since June 2022, Sara previously held senior specialist roles in HR planning and governance, as well as in workforce planning at the Ministry of Economy and Planning. Additional experience includes positions at Banque Saudi Fransi as an HR Senior Representative, and Derayah as an HR Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed broad HR functions. Early career involvement with The Centennial Fund as a Customer Service Agent and Operation Analyst laid a foundation for effective communication and analytical skills.
