Omar Alhamad

Omar Alhamad is an experienced professional currently serving as the Acting Customer Service Operations Section Manager at Saudi Telecom Company since April 2023. Prior to this role, Omar Alhamad accumulated a decade of experience at STC, where roles included Fiber Optic Supervisor, Wireline Field Engineer, DSL Field Operation Supervisor, Dispatcher, and Field Technician from January 2006 to January 2015. Omar Alhamad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from King Faisal University, completed between 2011 and 2015, and a three-year diploma in Electric Technology from the College of Technology at Dammam, studied from 2001 to 2003.
