Jeff Topchik

Jeff Topchik is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as Vice President of Leasing at Saul Centers, Inc. since December 2023. Previously, Topchik held the position of Vice President of Retail at Avalon Bay Communities from June 2013 to April 2023, where a successful multi-year strategic plan was developed and executed to expand the Retail/Mixed-Use platform at the largest multi-family REIT in the United States. Prior to that, Topchik was the Director of Leasing at JBGR Retail from March 2003 to June 2013, overseeing the identification of retail tenants and negotiation of lease terms for approximately 1.5 million square feet of retail space in shopping centers and mixed-use projects throughout the D.C. area. Topchik holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Amherst College.
