Ryan Peer currently serves as the Head of Talent at Sauron, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Gecko Robotics, Inc. from April 2021 to March 2024, where the focus was on ensuring the availability and sustainability of critical infrastructure. From March 2018 to April 2021, Ryan held the role of Technical Recruiter at Goodwyn/Powell, contributing to team-building efforts for early-stage companies within the Founders Fund and 8VC portfolio under the guidance of prominent industry figure Peterson Conway. Ryan Peer earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Monterey College of Law between 2015 and 2018, and a degree in Law, Politics, and Society from Drake University from 2007 to 2010.
