Jeremy Rice has a diverse range of work experience. Jeremy started their career as an Administrative Assistant at James T. Rice Consulting from November 2006 to December 2010. Jeremy then worked as a Technician/Owner/Operator at Play-Hard PC repair and upgrade from February 2010 to July 2016.
Jeremy also has experience in technical support roles. Jeremy worked as a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative at PlumChoice from October 2012 to May 2013. Jeremy then worked as a Remote Services Technician at support.com from January 2014 to July 2015.
In addition, Jeremy worked as a Technical Support Representative at TeleTech from August 2015 to April 2016. Jeremy also gained experience as a Technical Support Associate at Savant Systems starting in November 2017.
Throughout their career, Jeremy has demonstrated their knowledge and skills in computer networking and security, which they studied during their time as a student at Anthem College from January 2011 to September 2012.
