Anja Lyngsmark has extensive experience in communications and engagement, currently serving as a Digital Communications and Engagement Specialist at Save the Children Norway since September 2023. Prior to this, Anja has held multiple roles at Rainforest Foundation Norway, including Senior Communications Adviser/Campaign Coordinator and Senior Policy and Campaigns Adviser, since April 2010. Anja also contributed to the Norwegian Red Cross as a Communications Officer and later as Communications Manager and Web Director for the Youth division from June 2004 to March 2010. Anja's career began at Mattilsynet/Norwegian Food Safety Authority as a Communications Officer from August 2003 to June 2004. Anja holds a communications degree from Volda University College and a Cand. Mag. from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
