Jonathan Knight, MBA, currently serves as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Savers | Value Village since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at AvalonBay Communities from June 2016 to September 2022, and various Human Resources positions at Nordstrom from June 2010 to June 2016. At Nordstrom, Jonathan developed strong partnerships within the Merchandising division, addressed employee concerns, and facilitated the onboarding process. Earlier experience includes a role as Production Administrator at Mars Hill Church, where Jonathan organized volunteer teams for services and events. Jonathan holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Cedarville University.
