Savio House
Shannon Lacheta holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology from Upper Iowa University and has extensive experience in child protection and behavioral health services. Currently serving as a Child Protection Life Skills and Family Integrated Treatment Court Coach at Savio House since May 2012, Shannon manages client files for those entering Drug Court and assists in connecting clients with programs for successful rehabilitation. Previous roles include Medical Administrative Manager at Savio House, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating medical appointments and managing medication, Intake Coordinator at Fort Behavioral Health, and Youth Specialist at Shiloh House, focusing on behavior management and safety. Additional experience includes working as a Probation Officer for the 18th Judicial District and as a Residential Specialist at Lutheran Services in Iowa, highlighting strong skills in support, supervision, and documentation within various care settings.
