Timothy Ward has extensive experience in patient access and insurance verification across several healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Patient Access Manager at Savista since April 2018, Timothy previously held the role of Patient Access Supervisor. At Holy Cross Health, Timothy functions as Lead Surgical Scheduler and Lead Insurance Verifier, where responsibilities include gathering essential demographic and clinical information. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Insurance Verifier at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and Pre-Certification/Authorization Coordinator II at Emory Healthcare, focusing on insurance verification and adherence to billing guidelines. Timothy began a career in healthcare at HCA as an ER Registration specialist. Timothy has furthered education in medical coding with a CCA certification from AHIMA and is currently enrolled at the University of the District of Columbia.
