Ajay Reche has over two decades of extensive experience in Human Resources across various industries, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Savita Oil Technologies Limited since August 2019, where responsibilities include managing the overall HR function for the Savita Group. Previously, Ajay held significant roles such as General Manager - Human Resources at Peninsula Land Ltd. and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., focusing on areas including talent management, employee engagement, and HRIS implementations. Ajay's earlier career includes positions at Lafarge, ICI Paints, Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd., Fulford India Limited, and BILT, where expertise encompassed organization development, industrial relations, and recruitment. Ajay holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
