Aleesha Slattengren is a seasoned production manager and senior research associate with extensive experience in quality management, food safety, and product formulation. Currently serving as Production Manager & Senior RA II at Savor since April 2022, Aleesha effectively oversees quality programs and manages material production teams and inventories. Previous roles include Research Associate and Extraction Technician at Full Cycle and the University of Minnesota, where Aleesha optimized biopolymer extraction technologies and designed innovative composting solutions. Aleesha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bioproducts and Biosystems Engineering with minors in Chemistry and Spanish from the University of Minnesota.
