Additionally, they served as the Product Manager in the Savox Defense Business Area.
Jaakko's next role at Savox was Manager, Tactical Solutions, where they worked from 2017 to 2019. Following that, they became the Senior Manager, Rescue Solutions, emphasizing the development and growth of the Savox Rescue Solutions Business. Their responsibilities included overseeing the trusted and proven supplier of life-saving solutions such as Savox SearchCam, Delsar Life Detector, and Con-Space Hardline.
Currently, Jaakko is the Director, Video Product Line at Savox Communications Ltd. Their main focus is exploring new paths for the company's video-enabled wearables business and leading the growth of their Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) and Confined Space Safety business on a global scale.
Jaakko Havola completed their M.Sc.(Tech.) degree in Product Development (Major) and Industrial Management (Minor) from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, between 1999 and 2005. Later, they pursued Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, although the specific degree obtained and the duration of the program are unknown. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2010, Havola attended Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu where they earned a B.Sc.(Econ. & Bus.Adm.) in Organization and Management (Major) with a minor in Finance.
