Jen is also an advisor and board member for various healthcare and tech companies, aiming to bring a patient-centered approach to product development. In addition, Jen works as a senior producer and co-host at OffScrip Media, facilitating conversations to improve the healthcare industry for patients. Jen has a background in patient engagement and consumer insights consulting, as well as expertise in ergonomics and human factors. With a strong academic background in environmental medicine, ergonomics, biomechanics, and dance, Jen brings a unique perspective to their work as a patient advocate and researcher.

This ensures their voices are equally heard and their contributions are equitably rewarded. Our founders Jen and Ronnie understand what it’s like to be patients because they are patients! Diagnosed with chronic illnesses as children, together they have nearly 70 years of experience as patients. We are patients first, putting patients first!
