Kanika Chaturvedi is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, with a minor in Psychology, at the University of Connecticut, expected to graduate in 2026. Kanika has gained valuable experience through various internships, including a Clerk for the Subcontractor Insurance Review Program and Summer Legal Intern at Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C., where responsibilities include completing assignments across key departments for practical legal exposure. Currently serving as a Sustainability Intern and EcoCaptain at the UConn Office of Sustainability, Kanika promotes eco-conscious practices in residence halls. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant in two labs, the Clean Earth Energy Lab and the Energy & Elections Lab, Kanika contributes to research on solar energy access and decarbonization policies. Upcoming summer internship at Eversource Energy as a Summer Legal Intern involves conducting legal research and supporting in-house attorneys.
