Luke Sayers is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Sayers. Luke was previously the CEO of PwC Australia from 2001 to 2020, and prior to that, they were a Consultant at PwC from 1996 to 2001. Luke has also been a Board Member and Chair of Melbourne Taskforce at ABCN since 2013.
Sayers has over 20 years of experience in strategy, leadership, and change management. Luke has a proven track record in delivering complex transformations and turnarounds for some of Australia’s largest organisations.
Luke is a passionate advocate for social mobility and has been actively involved in mentoring programs for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. In 2005, they established the Australian Business and Community Network (ABCN) Mentoring Program which has since helped over 10,000 students from high needs schools.
Luke Sayers was educated at Monash University.
