Malcolm Hiscock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of mergers and acquisitions. Malcolm was a co-founder of Judo Bank where Malcolm held various key roles including Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary. Prior to that, Malcolm was the Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at ANZ Investment Bank. Malcolm also co-founded Orion Corporate Advisory Services, a specialist M&A advisory firm. Currently, Malcolm serves as a Senior Adviser at Sayers, a modern advisory and investment business.
