Peter then returned to PwC in 2006 and served as the Global Leader in Delivering Deal Value until July 2020, where Peter focused on areas such as Post Merger Integration, Operational Due Diligence, Divestitures, Joint Ventures, Strategic Alliances, and Value Creation in M&A.
