Anita Kite, Ph.D., MA, MCC, is a seasoned leadership, team, and small group coach with extensive experience in various coaching capacities since 2014 at AKite Coaching. Currently, Anita facilitates programs at Mettacool to promote gender equity and inclusion in the workplace. As a leadership coach for Sayge and Academic Impressions, Anita supports leaders and academic professionals in enhancing their productivity and self-awareness. Additionally, Anita provides digital coaching through Sharpist, focusing on personal and professional growth via micro-learning. With a robust background in research-focused consulting at AKite Consulting, Anita conducts program evaluations and data analyses for numerous organizations. Over the years, Anita has also offered coaching for dissertation and academic writing, accent reduction, and organizational leadership education, backed by a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
