Cara Power is a dedicated leadership and career coach with extensive experience in coaching, training, and consulting. Since founding Cara Power Coaching in 2014, Cara has helped clients ranging from first-time managers to C-Suite executives achieve rapid, meaningful transformations. Currently, as a Group Facilitator for Chief, Cara guides women leaders in developing insights and strategies for success. With a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion through their role at Impact Consulting LLC, and continued involvement in leadership coaching with Paradox of Leadership and Sayge, Cara supports individuals across various industries. Additionally, Cara volunteers as a Leadership Coach at MCW Global and has held significant roles in organizations like Savvy Ladies and SJL Attorney Search. Cara holds a BSBA in Marketing from American University and an MAT in International Telecommunications from George Mason University.
