Jan Rothen is a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing and modernizing software solutions across various sectors. Currently, at ti&m and SBB CFF FFS since May 2019, Jan focuses on capacity management and railway topology for the Swiss national railway in a SAFe agile environment. Previous roles include contributions to the Swiss Federal Customs Administration's modernization, as well as full-stack development for a health insurance application with 60,000 clients at Netstyle.ch GmbH. Jan also has a background in developing applications for B2B clients at Swiss Post Solutions and web applications for the NGO MAF International. Jan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Bern, earned in 2008.
