James Greeley

James Greeley is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as Principal at VirtualGC since July 2017, Greeley provides outsourced in-house legal services. Since September 2015, Greeley has also been the Outside Chief Legal Officer for SBE Entertainment Group, overseeing the legal department of a large hospitality company. Greeley's previous experience includes a tenure as an Attorney at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from June 2008 to September 2015, where complex legal matters were handled across diverse areas such as entertainment, intellectual property, and employment law. Prior to that, Greeley was the President of Greeley Real Estate Group, which focused on residential real estate investments and management. Greeley's legal foundation was built at Harvard Law School, where a JD degree was obtained, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Tulane University.
