Kim's career began with positions such as Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, and Front Desk Agent, demonstrating a strong foundation in front office operations. A graduate of Florida International University, Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections.
