Manon Maloisel has a diverse work experience in the field of packaging. Starting in 2017, they worked as an intern at Nature Bois Emballages (NBE) where they developed packaging. In 2017, they also began an apprenticeship as a project manager in R&D packaging at Bonduelle. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an apprentice in packaging implementation at Orangina Suntory France, where they later became a junior project leader. In 2021, they joined Groupe PANZANI as a technical packaging coordinator for a few months before transitioning to their current role as the master data and engineering packaging coordinator at SBM Company.

Manon Maloisel began their education at Lycée Philibert Delorme, where they completed their Baccalauréat scientifique degree in the field of Scientifique from 2012 to 2015. Manon then attended the IUT d'Avignon from 2015 to 2017, obtaining a DUT degree in Packaging, emballage et conditionnement, with a field of study in Science de l'emballage. Continuing their academic journey, they attended Université de Lyon 1 from 2017 to 2018, earning a Licence professionnelle in "Eco-conception et matières plastiques" with a focus on Plasturgie et Environnement. Their education culminated in a Master's degree in Ingenierie de conception, parcours ingenierie packaging from ESEPAC, which they completed from 2018 to 2020.
