Marie Gallagher

Marie Gallagher, MBS, serves as the Senior National Sustainability Manager at SBM Management Services, LP, leading the development and implementation of sustainability strategies aligned with Merck’s goals since July 2020. As Co-Owner and Operator of Golden Meadows Perennial Farm, Gallagher focuses on native plants and permaculture while promoting responsible environmental practices. Previous experience includes managing operations at Black River Veterinary Hospital, conducting research for Rutgers University on procurement disparities and local business partnerships, and interning at Merck, where data analysis of supplier sustainability was key. Gallagher holds a Master's degree in Business & Science with a concentration in Sustainability from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Saint Elizabeth University.
