Felipe Okamura

Felipe Okamura has extensive experience in Operations Readiness within the oil and gas sector, particularly in the Pre-salt Area of the Santos Basin, Brazil. At SBM Offshore, Felipe held the positions of Operations Readiness Manager, Operations Readiness Lead, and Operability & Start-up Lead Engineer from January 2021 to January 2022, overseeing Operations Readiness activities and serving as the technical lead for operations discipline on FPSO project execution. Prior to this, Felipe worked as a Chemical Engineer at Bureau Veritas from October 2011 to March 2015, specializing as a Process Safety Specialist for the design of oil and gas production facilities, including FPSOs and semi-submersibles.
