Andrew Heithersay is a seasoned professional in the real estate and hospitality sectors, currently serving as Managing Director & Partner at SC Capital Partners since March 2013. In addition to this role, Andrew holds the position of Co-Chair of the Asia-Pacific Hospitality Development Council at the Urban Land Institute since October 2021. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at LaSalle Investment Management from September 1998 to February 2013, where Andrew was the International Director and Head of Acquisitions for the Asia Pacific region (excluding Japan), among other titles. Earlier in Andrew's career, experience was gained at JLL from January 1992 to September 1998, focusing on hotel valuation and advisory services. Andrew's educational background includes an MBA from Macquarie Business School, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from FINSIA, and a Bachelor of Business in Property from the University of South Australia.
