Damien le Moal

Damien Le Moal is an experienced HR leader with extensive expertise in international human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Director of Human Resources for International Consumer Brands at SC Johnson since August 2015, Damien has held multiple senior HR roles at the company, overseeing operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. Previously, positions held include HR Director for Southern Europe at Bacardi, where Damien was responsible for HR strategy execution, and HR Director for Agribusiness at Bunge, providing HR partnership for a large workforce. Earlier career experiences include leadership roles at Barry Callebaut and Groupe Point P. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Economics and Finance from Sciences Po Strasbourg and a DESS in Human Resources from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
