Neil Hart

Neil Hart is an experienced professional with a career spanning over three decades, currently serving as Directeur Commercial at Scabal since January 1992. Prior to this role, Neil Hart worked in Treasury Operations at Chase Manhattan Bank from June 1987 to March 1990. Educationally, Neil Hart completed the European Union Executive Training Programme in Japan between 1990 and 1991 and holds a BA Hons in Modern European Studies from the University of West London, which was obtained from 1983 to 1986. Earlier education was completed at Churston Grammar School in Devon from 1976 to 1983.
