Ximena Aguilar

Ximena Aguilar has extensive experience in branding, public relations, and marketing, currently serving in a dual role at Scala Higher Education and as the Founder of Miaré since February 2021 and November 2018, respectively. Prior to these positions, Ximena worked in various roles including Advertising and Marketing at Silago, Internal Communication at Representaciones Flamivi SRL, Production at Fusión Espectáculo Producciones, and responsible for production at Circo Imposible. Earlier roles also included sales at Entel. Ximena's educational background includes training at Brother Madrid Escuela de Creativos, Brother Ad School, Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas from 2012 to 2018, and Escuela Nacional Superior de Ballet from 2005 to 2010.
