Vivek Puthan Veettil

Vivek Puthan Veettil is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security roles, currently serving as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer at Scalable Capital since November 2022. Prior to this, Vivek held the position of Senior Information Security Specialist at Allianz from December 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading a global Security Operations Center (SOC) team and handling security incidents with various technologies such as ArcSight and FireEye. Additional experience includes roles as an Information Security Analyst at FIS, and as an Information Security Consultant and Trainer at Appin Technologies, where Vivek focused on cybersecurity assessments, incident management, and vulnerability analysis. Vivek began a career in telecommunications as an I&C Engineer at ECHO TELE SERVICES. Vivek holds a Master’s Degree in Embedded Systems from Anna University, completed in 2013.
