Brendan O'Meara serves as the SVP Chief Credit Officer at Scale Bank since April 2023, after a tenure in the same role at Fidelity Bank. In addition, Brendan is the Chief Financial Officer and Project Manager at O'Meara Custom Building, Inc., a family-run residential construction business since January 2012. Previously, Brendan held various positions in credit administration, including Corporate Counsel and Deputy Credit Officer at Citizens Community Federal, and Vice President of Business Banking at Citizens Independent Bank. Early experience includes roles as a commercial lender, credit analyst, and corporate banking relationship associate at several financial institutions. Brendan's educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Brendan has experience as a bison rancher on a family farm in western Wisconsin.
