Alexa Fedyukova

Alexa Fedyukova is an experienced investor and corporate development professional currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development and Ventures at SentinelOne since December 2020, with additional roles as an investor at Scale AI, Auguria, Inc., TileDB, and rpv from 2023 onward, and at Torq since December 2021. Prior experience includes significant positions at Barclays Investment Bank, where Alexa held roles from Associate to Director in Tech M&A over a decade, and a summer associate position at UBS Investment Bank. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, and both a Master’s from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s from Volgograd State Technical University in engineering fields.
