Anna Matalon

Anna Matalon is a seasoned product manager and entrepreneur currently leading product initiatives for contributor pay and incentives at Scale AI, where employment commenced in November 2023. Prior to this role, Anna co-founded and served as CEO of Purpose Banking, a consumer fintech startup focused on ESG banking, which scaled to over 40,000 members and was acquired by Scale AI. Previous experience includes significant positions at LinkedIn, managing product design for LinkedIn Learning and receiving the 2020 product leadership award, as well as roles at Ventana Medical Systems, Opower, and AECOM, where Anna led design and consulting projects for notable clients. Anna's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Rhetoric and Communications from the University of California, Berkeley.
