Yael Cohen

Yael Cohen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Currently serving as an HR Operations Manager at Scale AI since January 2025, Yael previously held roles at Chainlink Labs as a Global People Program Manager and Global People Operations Manager from May 2021 to January 2025. Prior experience includes various HR positions at TuneIn from February 2016 to May 2021, and earlier roles in recruiting and people operations with companies such as Page Executive and Michael Page. Yael also contributed to eLearning program development at Golden Gate University while pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, complementing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ibmec.
