Erica Durso has extensive experience in management and instructional design, currently serving as the Learning Product Development Manager at Scaled Agile, Inc. since August 2018, with additional roles including Instructional Designer, Curriculum Developer, Courseware Editor and QA, and Community Success Representative. Prior experience at Apple from July 2010 to August 2018 includes positions as a Preservation and Operations Specialist, Business Expert, and Customer Trends Researcher, where responsibilities ranged from supporting daily operations and sales teams to conducting customer experience research. Earlier experience includes managing The Mad Potter from September 2004 to July 2010, focusing on team leadership and customer engagement. Erica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Economics from the University of Kentucky.
