Silvio Wandfluh has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the software industry. Silvio began their career at mimacom in 2011, where they served as a Scrum Master & Agile Coach for almost five years. In 2016, they joined Diso AG as Head of Product and Product Owner, contributing to the company's product development. In 2018, Silvio moved to piplanning.io, a Swiss enterprise software company, where they played roles in Product and Business Development, focusing on e-collaboration products. In 2022, they became the VP of Product & Customer Success. In 2023, piplanning.io was acquired by Scaled Agile, Inc., and Silvio assumed the position of Senior Director of Product Management at Scaled Agile, Inc.
Silvio Wandfluh received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Information Technology from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, completing their studies from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained various certifications such as Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant and Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc., as well as Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) and Certified Scrum Master® from Scrum Alliance.
