Mark Hong has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mark worked at SCAN Health Plan as an IT Strategic Team Delivery Lead and a Sr. IT Delivery Specialist from 2018 to the present. Prior to that, they were employed at Avanade as a Manager and Solutions Developer from 2012 to 2018. Mark started their career as an IT Intern at Travelers in 2011. Before that, they gained practical experience as an Avionics Co-op at Delta Air Lines from 2009 to 2010.
Mark Hong attended the University of Minnesota from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
