Natasha Sazdanovski has a range of work experience in the building services industry. Natasha started their career in 2000 as a Caretaker for the City of Toronto, where they worked until 2012. Natasha then moved on to Impact Cleaning Services, where they served as an Area Supervisor from 2012 to 2013. After that, they joined The Surge Group as a Consulting Supervisor for Cleaning Program from 2013 to 2014. From 2014, Natasha worked at Scandinavian Building Services in various roles, including Regional Director, Operations Manager, Director of Operations Ontario, and currently as the Director of National Accounts. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated accountability for accounts, maintained quality standards and building performance, and managed staff and client relationships.

Natasha Sazdanovski completed high school from 1997 to 2001 in Macedonia and Toronto. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following: MVP for Operations Eastern Canada from Scandinavian Building Services in January 2021, Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) Expert from ISSA - The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association in November 2018, CPR, AED, and First Aid from Advanced Medical Certification in September 2017, WHMIS Train the trainer in August 2016 (institution not provided), and Manager of the Year from Scandinavian Building Services in June 2016.
