Russell Hay has extensive work experience in the facilities management industry. Russell began their career in 2005 at Scandinavian Building Services, where they held various roles including Vice President from September 2005 to November 2013, President from December 2013 to August 2019, and currently serves as the President & CEO since August 2019. In addition, Russell Hay has also been a member of YPO's Alberta Delta Forum since January 2017.
Russell Hay attended Harry Ainlay High School from 1999 to 2002 and obtained their High School Diploma. In 2004, they furthered their education by enrolling at NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) for a year, focusing on Administrative Business with a specialization in Marketing.
