Agustin D. Bianchi

Agustin D. Bianchi is an accomplished professional in business transformation and HR technology, currently serving as the Senior Director of Business Transformation & Technology and Senior Director of People Team Chief of Staff at Scandit since August 2021. Previously, Agustin held key leadership roles at Activision Blizzard King and King, focusing on HR technology, operations, and people analytics, driving automation and strategic partnership within global HR functions. Prior experience includes significant positions at General Motors and earlier roles in HR and production at The Adecco Group and I&W. Agustin holds degrees in Systems Engineering from Universidad Abierta Interamericana and Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, complemented by an international high school diploma from Goethe Schule Rosario.
