Oscar Ericsson

Oscar Ericsson is an experienced professional in total rewards and labor relations, currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards & Labour Relations at Scania Group since December 2016. Prior roles at Scania include Head of Compensation & Benefits Sweden and Remuneration Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Process Manager at Randstad Sweden from August 2014 to December 2016, and as a Project Coordinator and Junior Recruiter at Lernia between 2011 and 2014. Oscar holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stockholm University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Uppsala University.
