Chris Elrod

Chris Elrod, PMP, serves as the VP of PMO and Product Management at ScanSource, where responsibilities include leading teams of Product and Portfolio Managers, establishing a Project Management Office, and aligning IT with various business units through a formal project review process. Prior roles at ScanSource include VP of IT Cloud Strategy and Architecture, focusing on global IT strategy and system integration, and VP of IT Delivery, where Chris developed a global eCommerce application.
