Katherine Elizabeth Ryder

Katherine Elizabeth Ryder is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing anti-corruption and compliance programs across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and SVP at Scatec ASA since 2021, Ryder previously held prominent roles at Telenor, including Head of Anti-Corruption and Acting Chief Compliance Officer, where efforts focused on global anti-corruption initiatives. With expertise tracing back to Equinor, Ryder has managed compliance efforts related to anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and employee fraud. Additionally, experience includes lecturing at New York Law School and the University of Oslo, and providing legal advice for UNHCR and other organizations. Ryder holds a Juris Doctor in Law from New York Law School.
