George Cernatescu

George Cernatescu has over 13 years of experience in operations management, currently serving as the Head of UK Operations at SCC since June 2010. In this role, George focuses on strategic planning, innovation, transformation, and process optimization. Previous positions at SCC include Operations Manager, IRC Manager, IRC Supervisor, Senior Team Leader, and Resource Control Team Leader, each emphasizing team management, service delivery, and improvement initiatives. George began a career in IT as a Systems Administrator at Galaxy Computers in 2007. George holds an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași, awarded in 2010.
