Laurence Cook

Laurence Cook is an experienced leader in the fields of sales, business development, and IT transformation, currently serving as the Head of Central Government, National Security, Defence and Police at SCC since July 2023. Prior to this role, Laurence was a Sales Leader in the UK Public Sector and Defence at DXC Technology from March 2021 to July 2023. Laurence's extensive career spans various leadership positions, including CEO and Chief Commercial Officer at Maistro Group, and Business Development Director at Sopra Steria. Laurence has founded a consulting firm and held senior roles at companies such as Mastek Ltd, Siemens, Cable&Wireless Worldwide, and Arqiva, demonstrating a strong background in driving business acquisition and developing strategic relationships across multiple sectors. Laurence holds a BA in Business Studies from The Open University and completed education at Mayfield College.
