Victor Homeuca

Victor Homeuca has extensive experience in software development and database management, currently serving as the Head of Application Development and Maintenance at SCC since 2013. Prior to this role, Victor held various positions at Synygy from 2005 to 2013, including Database Software Manager and Senior Database Developer, where responsibilities included performance management, project coordination, software architecture, and training in Oracle technologies. Victor has successfully designed Oracle High Availability solutions and managed significant software migrations, leveraging expertise in Oracle and MS SQL Server technologies across multiple platforms. Early career experiences at companies such as SC APAVITAL SA and StarCharisma involved software development and database administration, alongside a foundational role as a Computer Science Teacher. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Al. I. Cuza University in Iasi.
