Matthew Wring is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and service provider sectors. Currently serving as Chief Technical Officer at Southern Communications Ltd since July 2014, Matthew is responsible for shaping the company's strategic technology direction and facilitating its evolution into a full network provider. Prior to this role, Matthew was a Director at Efar, a specialized UK-based Internet Service Provider, where the focus was on data security and networking solutions. Matthew's earlier career includes serving as a Lt Cdr in the Royal Navy Reserve, specializing in mine warfare, and a Senior Project Manager at Viglen, overseeing network infrastructure projects. Educational foundations were laid at Kelly College and The Downs School.
