Dr. Andrea Beierlein

Dr. Andrea Beierlein serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy, Business Development, and M&A at Schaeffler since July 2024, following a notable tenure at LEONI from July 2018 to July 2024 where contributions included roles as Vice President & Head of Sales Strategy & Management, Vice President & Head of Global Sales Support, and Head of Transformation, leading significant initiatives such as the Value21 Program which achieved substantial cost savings. Prior experience includes strategic roles at Siemens Healthineers and Siemens, along with internships in executive search and government. Dr. Beierlein holds multiple degrees, including a Ph.D. in Service Management from Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, a Master of Science in Strategy and International Business from Aston Business School, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mandarin and International Relations, and Intercultural Management and Communication.
