Dr. Nikolaj Laschko

Dr. Nikolaj Laschko is an accomplished compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Compliance for Schaeffler, overseeing compliance across the UK, BENLUX, NORDICS, and MEA regions, Dr. Laschko previously held a compliance director position at Danone and led investigations at METRO AG. With a strong foundation in legal advisory and forensic investigations, Dr. Laschko has also contributed to Ernst & Young as a consultant and has academic experience as a lecturer at Moscow State University. Dr. Laschko holds an LLM in European and international business law from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a PhD in criminal process law and criminalistics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
