Tereza Ottova

Tereza Ottova is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the VP of HR for Industrial Europe and Central and Eastern Europe at Schaeffler since December 2019, Tereza oversees HR business partnering and operational HR for the region. Prior to this, Tereza held several positions at Honeywell from November 2011 to October 2019, including Global HR Business Partner and County HR Director for multiple countries. Tereza's career also includes significant roles at Flex, where responsibilities encompassed organizational development and HR management across EMEA and Brazil, as well as HR management positions at Celestica and Oskar. Tereza holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from MUVS CVUT and has a foundational education from Gymnázium Nad Alejí.
